Please read the following before attending the clinic.

Appointments should be made online, by telephone 01509 621122 or e-mailing info@cyclesofchange.com leaving a current mobile phone number so that we can contact you easily.

We pride ourselves in providing a clean, professional clinical space, and ask that if you do have any respiratory symptoms, please let us know before you arrive. We do treat vulnerable people, and don’t want to put them at risk.

Do feel free to bring any supporting person into reception with you. They can enjoy the relaxing environment too.

On arrival you will be asked if you would like a drink.

We have wheelchair access into the building and toilet.

Please wear loose tops and bottoms that can be rolled up.You may be asked to remove some items of clothing. You will however be covered and kept warm at all times.

This is a session for YOU, so please do let us know if you are uncomfortable or unhappy in any way whilst you are with us. Everything that you share with us is absolutely confidential.

Ideally please pay for your treatment via card or cash after your treatment. You can also now book and pay online. You can also pay by bank transfer (Cycles of Change Acupuncture Sort code 09-01-51 Account no. 94083187).
