Please read the following before attending the clinic.

Appointments should be made online, by telephone 01509 621122 or e-mailing info@cyclesofchange.com leaving a current mobile phone number so that we can contact you easily.

Please read the following. Should you answer YES to any of the questions at any time prior to your appointment, please contact us to arrange an alternative date and time. In the last 14 days, have you, or anyone in your household:

  • Had a high temperature, new continuous cough, or loss of sense of smell or taste.
  • Had headache, runny nose or other symptoms that could be attributed to the new COVID-19 variant?
  • Had close contact with anyone who has exhibited any of the above symptoms?
  • Had close contact with anyone with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis?
  • Recently travelled abroad and/or been instructed by the government to quarantine?
  • Been contacted by the government or NHS and told to self-isolate for any reason?

Please also contact us if you, or someone you live with, are classed as clinically vulnerable.

Welcome to Cycles of Change. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, professional clinical space, and ask that if you do have any respiratory symptoms, to COVID test before you arrive, and wear a mask. We do treat vulnerable people. Do feel free to bring any supporting person into reception with you. They can enjoy the relaxing environment too.

  • If at all possible, come alone or leave partners or carers to wait in the car.

  • Please keep personal belongings to a minimum. Unfortunately we are at present unable to provide drinks.

  • Please wear loose tops and bottoms that can be rolled up.You may be asked to remove some items of clothing. You will however be covered and kept warm at all times.
  • Ideally please pay for your treatment via card or cash after your treatment. You can also pay by bank transfer before your treatment. (Cycles of Change Acupuncture Sort code 09-01-51 Account no. 94083187).
