My journey to Chinese Medicine began
with a discovery of martial arts, through Tai jitsu, Taekwondo, Aikido, Kendo and finally Tai chi and Qi Gong. Through this Qi-cultivation training I began to understand how these new skills could be transferred and guided towards helping others. I was in the right place at the right time to learn about the course I enrolled on. I learned Shao Lin Nei Gong which I use for immediately de-stressing, it only takes 5 minutes.
I love the way I can combine Acupuncture with Tui Na to facilitate immediate healing and progress recovery.
Change can be very profound and it gives me a great feeling that I have helped patients each day in clinic. I’m always ready to provide a safe, caring environment and feel joy to see how their eyes sparkle again once they have been relieved of some of their pain, tension and stress.
As a herbalist, beekeeper and forager I make a range of artisan products and herbal remedies.
I grew up on the Isle of Mull, part of the inner Hebrides. I have a very close connection with nature that developed there. I’m a mother and grandmother, a keen forager, and a Herbalist. I make a range of artisan products from the herbs, fruits and plants that I gather. I also produce home and wellness products from my honey, wax and propolis. A selection of these are available to purchase in the clinic reception.
