I specialise in supporting people who sense they are not functioning at their full capacity, even though they are conscious of how they show up in the world and take responsibility for their health.
Many feel a calling that there is more to life — something that may not appear on a blood test or as a diagnosis. It might show up as feeling ill at ease in some way, or longing for more meaning in life—more celebration, and hope.

I believe deeply in the medicine that really honours the individual.
I started my professional life as an NHS GP, and with many questions that were unanswered, went to New Zealand and re-trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as an Acupuncturist. It was there that the wild beauty of New Zealand, and the immersion into Taoism, the philosophy underpinning TCM, called me to live and understand the world in a new way: honouring our intimate union with the natural world, and feeling my own internal cycles change with that of the seasons.
I returned to the UK in 2001 and birthed Cycles of Change, which continues to evolve as I do.
Since founding Cycles of Change over 25 years ago, I have had the privilege of witnessing thousands of illness stories. Over time, with my own personal enquiry, I have become convinced that we are not even close to understanding the full potential of being Human, and the privilege of our unique life—with our heads in the heavens and our feet planted firmly on the Earth.
I love watching the transition from suffering to thriving.
From dis-ease to ease and flow and vitality. from fear to laughter. Human beings continue to fascinate me. What allows us to thrive, and what do we unconsciously create that gets in the way of full human health and expression?
