Areas of Treatment Focus
Female Health (including fertility and support during IVF, PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, PMS etc), Menopause, Sports Performance, Gut Health (including IBS, IBD, SIBO), Weight Loss,, Cognitive Health, Cardiometabolic issues, Skin conditions, Autoimmune, Thyroid, Stress (Adrenal).
Following a life saving operation I started to explore the role of nutrition in supporting my own healing journey.
Over the past 25 years, I have gained a first-class degree in Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy and qualified as both a chef and trainer, allowing me to combine nutritional science with practical, ongoing support. I have also completed the comprehensive advanced training in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Performance Nutrition with the Institute of Performance Nutrition, further deepening my ability to support clients at every stage of their health journey.
Alongside my functional nutrition practice, I have more recently completed training in Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), which I now offer as an additional way to support clients in their emotional and physical healing.
The most rewarding part of this work is seeing someone begin to trust their body again.
At the heart of my practice is a personalised, root-cause approach that blends the science of functional nutrition with the emotional and energetic support of breathwork and lifestyle change. I believe that when people are given the right knowledge, tools, and compassionate support, they can take ownership of their health and experience deep, sustainable transformation.

“Christine’s knowledge coupled with her deep understanding made me realise that I could heal.”
“She was my first real ‘doctor’ in 44 years as she gave credence enough to what was happening that it renewed my own faith and belief in my path. This is something I will never forget and which no money can buy.”
