I will be sending more seasonal information as Autumn arrives, but just pause and notice the nip in the air, the nights drawing in. The natural world is getting ready to contract, slow, cool down, and so must we if we are to transition healthily during the next few months. It's important to remember to start to switch your foods seasonally, away from cold salads, to more warming root vegetable soups and stews, avoiding icy drinks, and keeping the back of the neck and small of back warm. Get those socks and slippers back on! The lungs and large intestine are most vulnerable at this time of year, so this is a great time to boost your immune system. Kaye has many lovingly foraged and made tinctures and herbal teas to help.
You are welcome to book in for a seasonal tune up with our team.
Enjoy this transition to the gorgeous Autumnal array of colours.
Carolyn, Julie and Kaye.
