You’re not just drawing a body; you’re witnessing presence, vulnerability, and the shared humanity we often rush past in daily life.
In the stillness, you begin to discover yourself too. Patience deepens, curiosity sharpens, and the practice becomes a dialogue between your gaze, your hand, and the truth of what’s before you. By the end, the drawing is only part of what you take away.
